Getaways - Holiday Terms and Conditions Booking conditions Booking form and payments Your completed booking form must be sent with a non-refundable deposit of £75 per person, per holiday, which is non-refundable. If you book within ten weeks of departure you must pay the total cost of your holiday. The balance of holiday costs must be paid not later than ten weeks before your departure date. The final amount and date for payment will be detailed in your confirmation letter which will be sent out on receipt of your deposit. If you cancel your holiday In the event of a cancellation we must be advised in writing by the person whose signature appears on the booking form. In order to compensate our expenditure we charge a cancellation fee according to the following scale:
The cancellation charges will apply from the day we receive written confirmation. In addition to these charges, it may be necessary to add the cost of a single supplement where a person sharing a twin room cancels, but if a single room is not available we reserve the right to pass on the full cost of the twin room to the person using that room. If We Change Your Holiday It is unlikely we have to make changes to your holiday, but we do plan the arrangements many months in advance. If we do need to make changes, we reserve the right to do so at any time. Most changes are minor, but where they are significant you will be informed as soon as possible. If You Change Your Holiday If, after we have accepted your booking, you wish to change details of that booking, we will make every effort to satisfy your requirements, although this cannot be guaranteed. If we cancel your holiday We reserve the right in any circumstance to cancel your holiday. In the unlikely event of this being necessary, we will offer you an alternative available holiday or a full refund of all monies paid. A minimum of 25 passengers is required to operate a tour. Insurance We strongly advise that you take out holiday insurance which will cover you in the event of cancellation prior to your holiday. Total Payment Protection (topp) Policy cover
